ZIMZAM GLOBAL MULTIPLICATION TRAINING MODELS
ZimZam Global (ZZG) training currently consists of four levels:
Church Planting Remixed (CPR) Conferences, CPR Facilitator Training, Master Training and Leverage Leadership Training. When fully operational, we believe that this approach (planting churches through children, youth, and families) will move Gospel expansion to an exponential pace.

CPR Facilitator Training
This 2-4 day, 18-hour training equips leaders to facilitate CPR training conferences. Careful training of CPR Facilitators is critical to the success of replicating impactful, productive CPR Conferences. The key word is “facilitator.” Rather than the classic fire hose of information, CPR Conferences take into account adult learning, which intentionally taps into the attendees’ experiences and expertise. Facilitation demands careful planning and execution, for which this training equips the CPR Facilitator. ‘20/’21 added new livestream training events.

Church Planting Remixed (CPR) Conferences
This training is a 4-day, 28 hour, four-track, facilitative conference designed specifically for church leaders to be trained to develop a strategic plan for launching out and planting healthy, multiplying churches using children’s ministry as the platform. A significant multiplication of CPR Conferences is the recruitment and equipping of CPR Facilitators. ‘20/’21 added new livestream training events.

Master Trainer Training
This 3-day, 18-hour training is THE key to ZZG’s success: 1. Quality. 2. Multiplication. Master Trainers must have an adequate understanding of the theory and philosophy of adult learning. These trainers equip and provide ongoing training for CPR Facilitators, who, in turn, ensure high-quality CPR Conferences. Our vision is to equip a team of Master Trainers in every country where our global partners are currently operating. Presence in all 54 African countries over the next decade.

Leverage Leadership Training
This 2-3 day, 18-hour training is to help the Christian global leader that is Busy, Buried, and Behind. Doing more is not the answer. Try doing less to accomplish more. Using the 8 principles of Less Is More Leadership by our global colleague and ZZG advisory member, H. Dale Burke, Leverage Leadership develops effective and healthy Christian leaders and pastors, teaching them how to lead and still have a life! The Church Planting Remixed Model
VISION
Church Planting through Children and Youth
Foundational principles such as "God's Heartbeat is for Children" and "Children's Ministry: A Model of Servant-hood" challenge church leaders as to why ministry to children is something that deserves their greatest attention.
CHILDREN'S MINISTRY
Practical Training
These practical sessions provide training in how to organize and run an outreach using the Awana Club format. Additional topics include Children Safety and Protections, and Ministering to Children with Disabilities.
CHURCH PLANTING
Principals in Church Planting
These interactive sessions cover topics such as "Why Church Planting?" and "Cultivating a Healthy Church." Time is set aside for each church team to develop and present their own church planting "Strategic Plan" to the entire group.
LEADERSHIP
Leadership Development
Based on Paster Dale Burke's book, How to Lead and Still Have a Life, these challenging and informative sessions are for busy leaders seeking a balanced life in ministry, organizational leadership, and family life.
